3. Account Creation and Management

The user is responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of provided data
• Maintaining the confidentiality of credentials
• Notifying DIAF in case of unauthorized access

DIAF may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Permitted Use

It is prohibited to:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes

5. Third-Party Integrations

The user authorizes DIAF to:

• Access data from external platforms
• Process this data exclusively for Platform operation

DIAF is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete data provided by external integrations
• Changes in third-party APIs

6. Intellectual Property

DIAF owns:

• Source code
• Algorithms
• Design and interface
• Documentation and associated materials

The client owns:

• Operational and commercial data provided or synchronized

7. Availability and Support

DIAF is committed to ensuring adequate levels of availability.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated whenever possible.

Support is provided through the official channels indicated on the website.

8. Plans, Payments, and Billing

• Plans are charged monthly or annually
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension
• Prices may be updated with prior notice

9. Limitation of Liability

DIAF is not responsible for:

• Indirect losses or lost profits
• Business decisions made based on Platform reports
• Interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure

10. Cancellation

The customer may cancel the service at any time.

After cancellation, Platform access is removed and data is deleted according to the Privacy Policy.

11. Privacy

Data processing is governed by DIAF's Privacy Policy.
